Orders

How can I track my delivery progress?

I haven’t received a confirmation email of my purchase.

We usually send this after purchase. If it is not in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder – just in case! If it’s not there, drop us an email at sales@iwearpanama.com and we’ll check for typos/resend the email to you.

When will my orders be shipped?

We process orders during business days (Monday – Friday; 09:00 – 16:00 WIB).

  • Orders placed before 16:00 WIB, will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders received after 16:00 WIB, will be processed and shipped the next day.
  • During the weekend or national holidays, your order will be processed in the following business days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can only do so if your order hasn’t been processed for dispatch.

Flip-flops & Stock

My size/favourite model is not available.

If a particular model or size is no longer available on our website, this means it is no longer in stock. Some PANAMA series are seasonal (like our world-cup 2018 series), whereas others are manufactured again for each collection (such as our classic and ultra series).

Are Panama flip-flops unisex?

No, they are not. We have collections for male and female because our flip-flops are designed to flatter the male and female feet in mind.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently only accept Bank Transfer. Payment should be made in 48 hours since your purchase.

How do I confirm you will process my order?

Delivery & Returns

How do I exchange / return items I purchased?

Please inform your concern about our products you received (attach photos if there is any) to order@iwearpanama.com with Subject Line “Exchange – (Order Number)”.

Remember to include your personal details (name, phone number, and shipping address). Our team will review your return request and contact you promptly.

What shipping options do you offer?

Panama is using JNE as our shipping partner.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Unfortunately not, each order must have a single shipping address when you check out.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, we do not ship overseas at the moment.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders more than IDR 200,ooo using JNE REG and for Jabodetabek area only. Panama is using JNE as our shipping partner, so the shipping cost will be calculated based on your shipping location.

Can I return items that I have bought from Panama online store at your physical retailer store, and vice versa?

No, our physical retail stores do not accept exchange or returns for purchases made online.

Can I return my flip-flops for an exchange or refund?

Yes, you can. We want you to be happy with your purchase! We do an exchange but not a refund. If your items received are damaged, broken or defective, we will make an exchange and send you a new one.

What are the returns conditions?

Items must be returned in maximum 7 days after product is delivered to you in brand new condition, clean, unworn, with all tags & security seal / original packaging in place.

Exchange can be applied for the same price and series, referring to original order, while stocks last. Otherwise, extra charge will be applied if you select items of higher price. Customers are responsible for item condition & shipment costs. If you are unsure of a size when ordering, make sure you refer to our sizing chart.

Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused.

Are returns free of charge?

Panama is responsible for the shipping costs.
